You're capable, competent, and quietly exhausted by your own head.
PERSONALISED 1:1 COACHING FOR WOMEN WHO CAN'T SWITCH OFF
Does this sound familiar?
Maybe you're exhausted by your own internal noise, replaying conversations and second guessing every decision.
Maybe you say yes when you mean no, and spend the rest of the day managing the fallout inside your head.
Maybe you've been so busy holding everything together for everyone else that you've quietly lost touch with what you actually think, feel, and want.
Maybe you know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to start.
If any of this resonates, you're in the right place.
Waking up with a clearer sense of what matters to you. Making a decision without spiralling. Saying no without the guilt that follows. Feeling like yourself again, not the version of you that exists for everyone else.
This is not a fantasy. It is what becomes possible when you understand the patterns beneath the noise and start working with them rather than against them.
Imagine instead…
A different kind of support
I'm Louise Hiles, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and EMCC Senior Accredited Coach Practitioner.
That dual qualification means I bring genuine psychological depth to coaching. Not just tools and techniques, but a real understanding of why these patterns exist and what it takes to shift them.
Coaching with me is focused, purposeful, and grounded. We work with what is actually happening for you, not a generic framework. And because I understand the difference between what needs therapeutic support and what needs a coaching conversation, you are in safe hands throughout.
The Coaching Package
Six fortnightly sessions over three months, delivered via video call or in person in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Your first session is eighty minutes, giving us time to explore where you are now, what you want from our time together, and how we'll work.
Sessions two through six are fifty minutes each, focused and purposeful, following the thread of your own journey.
Between sessions you'll receive a simple email check-in. Three short questions to help you reflect on what's shifted, what's still sitting with you, and what you want to bring to our next conversation. It takes five minutes and keeps the work moving forward.
By the end of our work together
A quieter inner world
Less overthinking, less replaying, more space to be present in your own life.
Clarity about what you actually want.
Not what everyone else needs from you.
Boundaries that feel natural.
A genuine sense of where you end and other people begin.
A felt sense of yourself again.
Clients often describe it as coming home to themselves.
“Coaching has had a really positive impact on my approach to my professional life, future career goals and beyond. The sessions allowed me to better understand myself and unpack some of the patterns that had led me to feeling overstretched and stuck. Louise created a supportive, insightful space for me to be honest and reflective, and I don't hesitate to recommend her as a coach.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not in the traditional sense. I am a registered psychotherapist and that informs everything I do, but this is not a clinical therapy relationship. What I offer draws on psychological depth and therapeutic understanding alongside the practical focus of coaching. It is an integrated way of working that does not fit neatly into either category, and that is intentional. If you are looking for clinical therapy, I offer that separately and we can talk about what would suit you best.
-
Most coaches do not have a psychotherapy qualification. That background means I understand the deeper patterns and relational history that sit beneath the surface, which makes the work more effective and more lasting. You get the focus and momentum of coaching, held within a genuinely psychologically informed space.
